Alan Vey

Alan is a Co-Founder of Aventus, a blockchain-based protocol reshaping digital assets including ticketing, loyalty and financial assets, to name a few. Before moving into Blockchain, Alan worked at Deloitte in the Entrepreneurial Business Department and macro hedge fund Brevan Howard. He completed a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London. His thesis investigated film rights distribution using blockchain in partnership with BAFTA.

Annika Monari

Annika is a Co-Founder of Aventus, an open-source, decentralised protocol that revolutionises the way digital assets are issued, owned and managed across value chains. Before moving into Blockchain, Annika briefly worked at Goldman Sachs before completing a Master’s Degree in Physics at Imperial College London. Her thesis investigated Higgs Boson decays into Dark Matter in partnership with CERN.

Andy Grant

Andy completed his Bachelor of Science in Computing and Management at Loughborough University. After initially working as a developer, Andy moved into delivery and management after becoming disillusioned with how developers were treated. He embraced the Agile mindset early in his career and remains convinced that Agile methodologies are the key to producing great software. Andy has worked in, and for, start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs of various sizes.

Andrew Shackleton

“Shack” has worked in diverse Emerging Tech backgrounds delivering world-class transformative operations for over 15 years. He brought success to rising businesses through committed teams, aligned processes, and operational/financial efficiencies. Before his career in Operations, Shack completed a Master of Science degree in Genetics at the University of Cape Town.

Oliver Bell

After qualifying as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Oliver gained extensive experience across various HR, FP&A and Legal functions within Tech. He owned all stages of financial control by driving process improvements and tailor-made financial reporting to support businesses during extended periods of organic growth. Before his career in Finance, Oliver completed his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the University of St Andrews. He is also a keen golfer maintaining a single figure handicap.

Jesse Bhogal

Having completed a Masters in Internet Computing for Business, Jesse’s enthusiasm and passion for People, Tech and Sales was clear to see in the early days. Jesse loves to help business leaders solve their most pressing tech-problems in an ever-changing, digital and data-driven era. He believes a sale is just the tip of the iceberg; the real reward comes from “7-Star CSAT” and through strong relationships built to last. Jesse believes life is a wonderful journey: do your best, learn continuously and wholeheartedly help others along the way to make our world a better place.

Andreea Muresanu

Head of Product

Andreea started her career in ERP implementation projects 12 years ago. She did a Master’s Degree in Political Economy. Andreea worked at the United Nations in Geneva before moving back into problem-solving using technology, which is where her passion lies. She had the privilege of working with the design company IDEO where she learned the value of design thinking. Andreea now applies this human-centered approach to Product Management. Able to empathise with different audiences, she solves problems users face.
